  • Tour available properties online or make an appointment to see the property in person.

  • Apply online or via mobile app

  • Review and electronically sign the Texas Apartment Association lease

  • Pay from your desktop, tablet or from you mobile phone

  • Submit service/maintenance request online or via mobile app – we respond to all maintenance requests within just a few hours and will update you as we schedule and complete the work.


Compare our Pricing and Value

You and the market will determine if our pricing is reasonable, however, we encourage you to make sure you are comparing apples to apples when leasing.


  • Base Rent – the advertised rent is the actual amount of rent you will pay.  You will not be charged for the "common area usage" or "community usage" for any utilities.  This means you will not  be charged for common area utilities, trash service or community water/waste water. You are only responsible for your individually metered utilities

  • You will not be charged a “lease administration fee.

  • We provide and schedule porter service,  grounds maintenance service and year around pest control on a regular basis throughout the year.
